Dr. Kelly’s practice includes long- and short-term individual psychotherapy, ages 11 – 65+, and groups. Patients meet criteria for a wide range of diagnoses, including anxiety and depressive disorders.
Areas of Expertise:
- Teen Issues: Individual therapy, ages 11 – 25, with focus on issues specific to adolescence i.e., identity/integrity development, interpersonal effectiveness, academic stress, family conflict resolution, sexuality, and development of coping strategies, and emotion regulation.
- Dialectical Behavioral Training (DBT) or Skills Training Class: Participants who interview and are accepted into the 16-week, 90-minute class are required to make financial and participatory commitment for all 16 classes. (Read about DBT in this PDF.)
