I view mental health and emotional wellness as a nonlinear journey—often marked by periods of stability, growth, and occasional setbacks. I’m here to support clients with compassion and without judgment, no matter where they are on that path.
My practice style is collaborative and integrative. I take a measured approach to medication management, believing treatment is most effective in combination with a healthy lifestyle and attention to the whole person.
Using a trauma-informed lens I consider the social, environmental, and cultural contexts that shape each person’s emotional landscape. I work with adults navigating a range of psychiatric and mood conditions, and I have experience supporting individuals through parenting and step-parenting challenges, grief and loss, trauma, addiction, gender identity, sexuality, and relationship issues.
I am trans-affirming and sex-positive, and I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and individuals in non-traditional relationships and family structures. I work with teens/adolescents on a case-by-case basis who are navigating their gender or sexuality alongside their mental health concerns.
My goal is to provide compassionate care to everyone, working to improve accessibility for those who struggle to get care due to stigma or systemic barriers.
Outside of work I enjoy gardening, hiking with my dog, community activism, and seeing live music.
