Clinical Staff Member
In-Person & Video Sessions
As a therapist, I work collaboratively with clients who want to create more meaningful lives through addressing their emotional and behavioral patterns. I offer individual remote therapy for adults (ages 16 and up) seeking support with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, substance use, and other behavioral challenges. I am especially dedicated to working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals experiencing identity-based stress.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in a deep respect for each person’s unique life experience, culture, and values. I draw primarily from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Together, we can explore the patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be holding you back, and build practical skills to support lasting change.
I am a licensed psychologist in California (PSY 33633). I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed both my predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco General Hospital. I bring over ten years of clinical experience and specialized training in the evidence-based treatment of anxiety, mood, and substance use disorders.
