Dr. Jeffrey Sundberg is a licensed psychotherapist and transpersonal psychologist with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals, couples, and groups through deep emotional and spiritual transformation. His integrative approach weaves together Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, Existential, Jungian, and Transpersonal methods—bridging evidence-based psychology with the inner dimensions of meaning, identity, and awakening.

Jeffrey’s clinical focus includes trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual orientation, gender identity, and relational development. Dr. Sundberg holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. He has served as an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Graduate School of Counseling, a research interventionist at the University of San Francisco’s School of Medicine, and a clinical supervisor for emerging therapists.

He is a Qualified Mental Health Counselor & Marriage and Family Therapist SupervisorEMDR-trained trauma specialist, and published author in the fields of transpersonal psychology and consciousness studies—including “Shotgun Awakening” (2015) and “Amigeist: A New Extreme Love Phenomenon” (2019, International Journal of Transpersonal Studies).
