Ari Brownstone, PsyD

Licensed Psychologist (PSY 35738)

Therapy is a space where we can slow down together, get curious, and build something different. My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I’m interested in how your past has shaped you—but I’m just as interested in who you are becoming.

I draw from both psychodynamic and somatic approaches, which means we’ll explore the meanings and patterns behind what’s happening, while also tuning into what your body is holding and trying to communicate. I believe insight is most powerful when it’s felt, not just thought.

Clients often come to me wanting to better understand themselves—why they react the way they do, how they relate to others, hold boundaries, and show up in the world. We explore these questions with curiosity and care. I see therapy as a process of reclaiming the choice to respond instead of react, and to live with more clarity, connection, and aliveness.
