Christian Sequoia, PsyD

Psychological Associate (PSB94029788)

As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities, uncover their inner strength, and embark on a profound journey of transformation. My practice is depth-oriented and trauma-informed, meaning we look beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the root causes of your struggles, and recognize how your sense of self shifts throughout your lifetime. My practice is intentionally designed for those seeking deep, lasting emotional transformation rather than short-term symptom relief. I support clients navigating a wide spectrum of complex experiences, including:

  • Trauma & Abuse: Dissociation, severe childhood trauma, PTSD, and sexual,
  • physical, or emotional abuse.
  • Somatics & Identity: Eating disorders, somatic distress, and identity, personality,
  • gender, or sex exploration.
  • Spirituality & Recovery: Religious or cult recovery including victims of spiritual
  • abuse.

I hold deep compassion for the human experience and am continually humbled by our innate resiliency. Together, we will discover what you need to better understand yourself and build a meaningful path forward. I look forward to working with you
