As a trauma informed therapist, I choose to recognize the ways in which our sense of self can shift and change throughout our lifetime and that integration is a key to our current experiences. This shift can include a great journey of transformation. A large part of the transformation that takes place is through integrating, understanding, and making meaning of individual experience which includes a deep exploration of systemic oppressions, personal history, societal influences, personal locations, and relational dynamics to name a few. As your individual or couple’s therapist, you can expect me to show up authentically, compassionately, and with full attention to your concerns. I welcome all types of creative processing, physiological and somatic inquiry, and self location. Together we will embark to find what it is you need and what you are looking for to better understand about yourself.

By accepting transformation as a process of life, I strive to deeply listen and connect on a level that allows for a greater uncovering to occur, for you to feel heard and seen, and to create a new space of uncharted territory. I work with individuals with a wide spectrum of experiences including but not limited to: dissociation, severe childhood trauma, sexual and physical abuse, PTSD, eating disorders, identity and personality development, gender and sex exploration, religious/cult recovery, and spirituality/transpersonal experiences. I have a deep love for humans and am continually humbled and astounded by the resiliency of humans to strive to transform something within themselves. I am looking forward to working with you!
